“Yes for freshness. Food was okay”

“Very clean room, beautiful hotel. The only issue i had was the parking lot was awkwardly located from the hotel. Not really far but a good walk to the entrance to the hotel entrance. Luckily I love walking and doing steps is not a problem for me.”

“Bad smell. Plug in device to try to cover up smell. Felt dirty. Waited at front desk for assistance for more than 10 minutes and tried to call twice to get staff but no one came to desk or answered phone.”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Grand entrance was impressive, but the rooms were outdated with doors that have seen some better days, a bit of a rushed carpet job and a bit of a smell. Other than that, it was very clean and nice.”

“Excellent stay. Breakfast was extended hours which was an absolute pleasure. The hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. The hut tub has a hidden button on the wall - missed it for two soaks but found it on the third. Shower was my ONLY complaint - the water was tepid at best. The lack of carpet makes the upstairs neighbors footsteps a bit louder but an easy trade off for the cleanliness it provides.”

“The location is convenient to 81 and 476. I appreciated the easy parking. The staff was very friendly. On the downside, the beds are extremely soft and lumpy.”
